Appointments
We see patients by appointment only and endeavor to schedule a visit that best fits your busy schedule. Please call us in advance so you may reserve the desired time for your appointment. Should you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice so we may accommodate our other patients. Should we receive fewer than 24-hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. We ask that you be on time for your appointment as a courtesy to us and to our other patients. Thank you!
Payments and Insurance
We require payment in full from patients without dental insurance on the day they receive our services, and we accept cash, check, and credit cards. If payment is tendered via cash or check, a five percent discount is applied (or ten percent for seniors aged 65 or over). We are unable to provide this discount if payment is made via credit or debit card.
All dental services we provide, whether they are or are not covered by insurance, are ultimately the financial responsibility of the patient. At the patient’s request, we will contact their insurance company to learn the amount they estimate they would pay toward our services. Please note that this is an estimate, and therefore, speculative by definition.
We additionally offer convenient financing through CareCredit, so our patients need experience no delay receiving treatment. It is easy to apply for CareCredit online at carecredit.com, as well as in our office.
We are participating providers for some dental insurances and we will gladly submit dental claims to all other dental insurance providers as well
